We offer you a modern, durable, and strong P7400 pergola with possible maximum dimensions of 4 m x 7 m, with modular construction of 7 m x 7 m. The pergola has a solid construction that can withstand a snow load of up to 200 kg/m2 when the louvers are closed (on 4 legs that resist wind force). It is waterproof for rainwater. Made entirely of powder-coated aluminum, it is rust-resistant and allows for trouble-free operation for many years in any season. It meets the requirements of the Qualicoat standard (10 years warranty).

Louver in the shape of a propelle

It effectively diffuses light and is characterized by high rigidity and minimal deflection with a 4m span supported on 2 ends on a beam-gutter profile.

The gutter is a part of the supporting beam. The beam-gutter has a very high rigidity, allowing it to bear significant loads.
Weight of the pergola:
Our pergolas are not lightweight solutions. For example, the weight of a 3m x 3m pergola is approximately 280 kg. Such high weight and the extensive use of materials increase the price, but the pergola is very durable and designed for use over many years. It should not be compared to solutions where louvers are made of thin steel or aluminum sheets and weigh around 100-120 kg, which makes them lighter and competitive only for use in sunny weather and summer – they cannot withstand the pressure of snow.  Over time, they may even corrode and rust may appear. Our solution is made entirely of powder-coated duraluminum.
Leg of the pergola:
The supporting leg is made of thick and durable duralumin with a wall thickness of 3 mm. Thanks to such a structure, it can bear very large loads and allows achieving dimensions of 4 m x 7 m.

Telescopic leg

Mounted to the foundation below the floor level, it will allow for adjustment in the range of 80-120 mm and drainage of rainwater through a Spiro pipe with a diameter of Ø ….. which is to be connected to the water discharge pipe.

Leg attached to the floor surface that must have sufficient load-bearing capacity and durability (under the leg and floor finish there must be a concrete slab and foundation. Water drainage through side holes.

The bottom plate is in the color of the structure. The screws are covered with domed nuts, visible. Two side legs are equipped with side holes through which rainwater drains out.
